Many theories such as Dr Mills work mesh with Complex QM in a way in which you would expect a true Unified Filed Theory to work.

This result is excellent news for Dr Mills but does it help Complex QM? Well, I believe that a counter rotation could possibly be achieved using my ztar manifold if there was a rotation on opposite sides of the complex plane and of course if they are counter rotating.

Now to look at the video again more critically - there appears to be four circles in counter rotation. The differences in their relative speeds is not out of character with this explanation.
If this is correct then we would have two counter rotating torques on opposite arms of the ztar and this can create a balance of sorts.
I would expect that there is a relationship between each torque in a pair by a factor of y = 1/x. This is quite easy on reflection, the circumference of a circle depends upon the radius R so a factor slowly it can be 1/R. The difference in rotational speeds fro the circular orbits will present no problem for Complex QM.
This explanation should hold even if the torques are brought closer or farther apart. I have counted the outer most rotation as that where there are multiple rotations in the same direction but it is the rotation nearest the
centre and an opposite rotation inside and next to it.
The presence of complex torques seems unstable to me and the system I have modelled reflects a way of overcoming this inbuilt natural instability.
With just two torques (one on both sides of the ztar) we could have torques that oppose each other exactly (see Formation of Complex Paddles in Complex Space 1).
So for instance if we just had torque T1 and another torque of equal magnitude on the other opposite arm then the torques are equal. Unfortunately this tends to create a spiral or twisting effect which I would argue is difficult for the geometry of the complex plane to allow.
In fact by my hypothesis for the restitution and validity of complex and real space then a counter twisting would emerge and the system collapse as soon as the torques were removed.
