Endorsement of Dr Mills work
I take, what I believe is, a generous approach to Dr Mills work by lavishing praise upon it. I know that normally such praise and courtesy is absent within
professional physics and I hope this is accepted in the same spirit.
I completely endorse Dr Mills work as an independent researcher with the proviso that Complex QM improves and naturally extends it to correct underlying problems. I appreciate that the intense theoretical work Complex QM may seem daunting at first to Dr Mills to accept as a companion GUT. I believe that Dr Mills background as a chemist may hold him back in this respect. Complex QM is a mathematical not chemical approach but it is much stronger in its grounding within classical physics.
It is the most successful and workable GUT I have come across apart from my own Complex QM.
In some respects Dr Mills work is more complete and sophisticated.
However having a whole commercial company working on his theory is an advantage I do not share. So although it is possible to completely absorb his work into Complex QM it is more efficient just to cite it when clarifying (or defending although no such defence as yet been necessary) Complex QM.

I absorb Dr Mills theory into Complex QM but give him and anyone else the opportunity to refute my action here. I believe that I can completely absorb his work after some minor modifications. I am therefore giving Dr Mills the credit he deserves and do not claim to have composed such elements of Complex QM myself alone. If this absorption is doubted I would simply ask for alternative answers to the questions already raised by himself in the hope that the strength of Complex QM would may itself apparent.
I realise that to restate and rewrite Dr Mills work is entirely possible. However working alone this is not a sensible option. I hope Dr Mills staff will do so for themselves to stay ahead of modern research.
In summary Complex QM extends Dr Mills work and answers perplexing problems it leaves unanswered.
Dr Mills work is successful as it, inadvertently, mimics complex wrapping.
It is possible that it also mimics my work on energy to mass conversion and this will probably bear fruit when the two theories are comprehensively combined.
