Planets' Complex Ratio and Gravity

I am now using statistics provided by NASA. They even increase my accuracy. Still they do not include the dwarf planets like Sedna. Other allowances for the Asteroid Belt, Oort Cloud, and liquid state of Jupiter,say, have not been made.

The values are compared to the square root of 2 to square root of 3 ratio that is surprisingly more common than would be expected by chance.
